Come Forth as Gold
"Thou hast formed us for Thyself, and our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Thee"
Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God

Shine
We just finished the first Woman's Time in Hutch Hall. We did a relaxed night- made cookies and got to laugh and get to know one another. There were 2 non-christians...it was an awesome opportunity to share my testimony and the gospel with them. They are depraved. They are missing all that they need; God. One of them is going to read Case for Christ, pray for them, both of the are actually named Jessie. God wants them to be His alone. He loves them passionately. I tried to stress that to all the woman tonight. There were about 10-12 others. I shared about His Satisfying Love. This time restored me greatly. Seeing the woman God has called me to love with His love. Knowing how much He desires to flood their hearts...it truly revives me. Serving Him revives me. That is strange, but i guess not really. Because it is then when i'm not focused on Kate, it's then when i am pouring out of His strength and His source of love...that source is never-ending, unlike my own depleated source. Hutch rules! I cant wait to see what you do Lord! Also there is a GBLT memeber in hutch who is so open to Christianity pray that we would be able to befriend here and build a solid relationship to share the love of Christ. May God be glorified in this building. Lord we need boldness!

Well I am not much for words tonight. I guess I am having a little bit of a writers block. I have to get into a groove. Not only do I hope Hutch women's time goes well but the ministry in Wentz takes off. Already I can see the plans God has in store for this Hall and Campus. God Bless us All this year. Welp See ya Later until I have some actual comments or words to share instead of just rambling. Gods Peace.

Praise God for leaders who choose to work for Christ even when they are exhausted (read the previous post). Let us all encourage and build leaders up. When was the last time we did that??? But the true thing i love about this post is Kate's heart for the lost. She is out of her comfort zone, not with her "Christian" friends, but loving people because Christ first loved her. That should be the motivation for everything shouldnt it? It is time for all of us to get out of comfort zones and passionately pursue unbelievers for Christ. What greater way to love Jesus then to take this jump of faith and trust Him to catch you. What is the purpose of life if it isnt to win people to Christ? Why are there people on La Crosse's campus who have not yet heard about Christ's gift He offers to all of us. God commanded (not asked or politely suggested but commanded) us to go out and make disciples for Him. As Christs followers, we need to show people Christ. There are empty people in the world who have nothing to hold on to. They will end up living in eternal suffering in hell. Think about that for a second. Love the people who the world hates to love. Every single person in this world, no matter what they say, are attracted to Christs love. Show them Christ and it will bring them to their knees.
